Food and only food...probably

So the Coronavirus is keeping me indoors far more than I am used to. I love to cook anyway and decided to use it as a distraction. Enter this blog. The challenge is to cook a new recipe every day for as long as this social distancing lasts. At least.  There are three basic rules: It cannot be one of my own creations. It cannot be a recipe I made before--so it can be a dish I made before but not the same recipe. After all, one does not make one apple pie and never explore the options again! It has to be practical--my family has to want to eat it and I have to want to make it. I mean, cheese soufflĂ© is cool but I am not making it for Wednesday dinner. I put a request out on Facebook to see if my friends had interesting links or suggestions. So far there's one suggestion with a link and the rest are complaints about how there's no flour at the supermarkets. Perhaps you are missing the point of my request, people.
